Boochie Bar pours its own kombucha on tap at 39 Courtland Street and builds breakfast and lunch around it: acai bowls, smoothies, and the lighter end of what downtown serves before noon. It is a few doors from Hannah's Coffeehouse and The Fresh Fix Kitchen, which between them have turned that block of Courtland into the part of town you go to when you do not want a full plate.
